Explanation: The slash in the chord name indicates that the second letter is added as a new bass note. Fm7/G should therefore be read as F minor seventh chord with a G note in the bass and so forth. Note that Fm7/G would also be possible to play using two hands without an inversion.
Theory: Fm7/G could be seen as the fourth inversion of Fm9. Fm7/D could be seen as an inversion of Fm13 with the ninth and the eleventh omitted.
