Explanation: The slash in the chord name indicates that the second letter is added as a new bass note. Fm/G should therefore be read as F Minor chord with a G note in the bass, Fm/Eb as F Minor chord with an E flat note in the bass and Fm/D as F Minor chord with a D note in the bass and so forth. Note that Fm/G would also be possible to play using two hands without an inversion.
Theory: Fm/Eb is identical with the third inversion of Fm7 and Fm/D is identical with the third inversion of Fm6.
