C chords with alternative bass notes

C major chords for piano with alternative bass notes presented by keyboard diagrams.
Explanation: The slash in the chord name indicates that the second letter is added as a new bass note. C/B should therefore be read as C Major chord with a B note in the bass and C/Bb as C Major chord with a B flat note in the bass and so forth. Note that C/D would also be possible to play using two hands without an inversion. C/Ab could also be written C/G# and C/Bb could also be written C/A#.
Theory: C/B is identical with the third inversion of Cmaj7, C/Bb is identical with the third inversion of C7, C/A is identical with the third inversion of C6, C/Ab is identical with Abmaj7(#5) and C/D is identical with D9sus4(no5).
