PlayAlong Studio Chord Progressions is a practice tool that shows common chord progressions and highlights the matching keys on a piano.
Pick a progression from the list, press “Start” to play along at a steady tempo. The current bar is highlighted and the chord tones are shown on the keyboard in sync. The metronome displays quarter beats in each bar (e.g. 1 2 3 4 in 4/4 time), helping you keep in time with the chord changes.
You can enable the 1-bar count-in to get ready before the first chord.
Use this practice tool for learning progressions. You can adopt it for exercising left-hand comping and quick daily warm-ups.
